Why can't I download an offline map? The area selector closes immediately.

This was a known bug where the region selector closed automatically when opening it from the layer panel. As a workaround, access "Download Maps" from the main screen (the + button), not from the Offline tab in the layer panel. This bug has been fixed in recent app versions — please make sure your app is fully up to date.
