My downloaded satellite maps don't work offline — how do I fix this?

Make sure you are using the latest version of the app — a bug fix for offline region issues was released recently. Also ensure you select the desired terrain layers (slope angle, satellite imagery, etc.) before downloading the region, as only layers selected at download time are saved offline.
